Billing & account
Is there a free trial?▾
Yes. All plans include a 14-day trial on the first paid subscription. Manage or cancel from Dashboard → Billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
What is the refund policy?▾
We offer discretionary refunds for requests received within 24 hours of your first charge (after any free trial ends). Email office@positionrelay.com from your registered account email. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
How do I cancel or change my plan?▾
Open Dashboard → Billing and use Manage subscription (Stripe Customer Portal) to cancel, update payment method, or switch plans. You can also start a new checkout from Pricing while signed in.
How do I delete my account?▾
Open Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. Confirm by typing DELETE (and your password if you signed up with email). This permanently deletes your account data and cancels all active subscriptions. Google sign-in users receive a confirmation email first.
